This short video provided a concise summary of the physiology of exercise during heat and cold. I wish the lecture could be a bit longer and in more detail. Also, it would be nice if the lecturer can provide some references from scientific journals rather than from text books, which might not be readily available to general public. Overall, it is an excellent short lecture.
