Location is the first thing to look at the property. This lecture shows me how to evaluate the project of the building whether i should buy or not by basing in the factors of Benifit, Cost, and Risk. Beside that we also have to look at the potential of the tenants who are willing to lease this building in order to get profit. Thank you for this lecture.
