  • a fantastic view of the barbarian kingdoms that were the inheritors of the roman world , the changes to society in this period , the decline in the men of knowledge in this period with the exception of Boethis and Cassiodorus and the rise of barbarian kingdoms trying to but into the Roman model

    I would recommend this course to anyone with a interest in the late antique period
