Adopting an online-offline blended teaching mode and the integrated "Theory-Virtual Simulation-Practical Training" teaching system, this course leverages our college’s strengths and distinctive features in electromechanical specialties. Centered on intelligent construction and supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology with construction drawings as the core teaching carrier, the course equips students with knowledge of drafting rules for planar-structured construction drawings and proficiency in applying national standard building design atlases. It enables learners to interpret structural construction blueprints of construction projects and master the practical skill of rebar quantity calculation, laying a solid foundation for future careers in project budget estimation, construction project management, measurement & pricing and related posts.

Upholding the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, taking student development as the core and students’ entrepreneurship & employment as the orientation, the course cultivates versatile, application-oriented and innovative talents that meet the developmental demands of the country and society in the new era and serve the intelligent construction manufacturing industry as well as local economic growth.

本课程采用线上线下混合式和 “理虚实” 一体化教学模式,依托我校机电设备类专业优势与办学特色,围绕建筑智能化,以建筑信息化(BIM)为手段,以工程施工图纸为载体,培养学生掌握平法结构施工图制图规则,正确使用国家建筑标准设计图集,使学生具备识读建筑工程结构施工图的能力和钢筋算量的工作技能;为学生从事工程概预算、工程项目管理、计量计价等岗位奠定基础。课程坚持以立德树人为根本任务,以学生发展为中心,以学生创业就业为导向,培养符合新时代国家、社会发展需求,服务建筑智能制造产业和区域经济发展的复合型、应用型、创新型人才。
