This course covers eight major sections, including globalization, digitalization, business models, international investment and mergers, cross-cultural management, supply chain management, and the integration of international business management with various derived fields. The teaching content has a unique perspective and is closely related to the current development trend of international business. The teaching method combines inspiration, discussion, and case studies, which is conducive to guiding students to think actively and shaping their innovative thinking. Through this course, students can understand the realistic overview of international business shipping under the background of globalization, grasp basic concepts and theories, and meet the requirements of the subject nature and learning methods of international business. The course aims to achieve the cultivation objectives of systematically understanding the international business environment, comprehending international business strategies and organizational frameworks, and understanding the basic knowledge required for international operations of manufacturing, trading, and contracting enterprises. It also aims to meet the requirements of cultivating students' understanding of international business activities from various aspects such as manpower, financial resources, information, and risk management. This enables students to integrate the above knowledge as a systematic whole, as a preparation for basic knowledge, to fully understand and master it, and then to possess the ability to understand business activities and comprehend business issues.
