Welcome to the international online open course of "Cross-border E-commerce." Chongqing Industry Polytechnic College, as the chairman unit of the Vocational Education International Cooperation Alliance of the New Land-Sea Corridor, and our course team, as the drafting unit for the international curriculum standards of "Cross-border E-commerce" within the Sino-Thai Vocational Education Alliance, have integrated resources and leveraged Chongqing's comprehensive advantages as a major inland opening-up platform and an international industrial hub to develop this course on "Cross-border E-commerce." We move forward in step with the times and advance together.
Since 2021, Chongqing's cross-border e-commerce cargo value has increased fivefold, achieving a series of remarkable results. Notably, the pilot regulatory policy for B2B exports of cross-border e-commerce via the China-Europe Train Express has facilitated Chongqing's cumulative declaration of 542,000 cross-border e-commerce orders in 2021, up 95.7% year-on-year, with a cargo value of RMB 3.75 billion, a 5.3-fold increase. The digital border for logistics data interconnection between Chongqing and Singapore has become one of the eight smart customs and smart connectivity landing projects nationwide and has been selected as an APEC connectivity case study. Chongqing will further enhance the implementation of RCEP trade facilitation measures to serve the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, collaborate with other western provinces and regions, support the development of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, and continue to support Chongqing's opening-up and development with precision and efficiency.
