The course Cement Production Technology takes the production process of new dry-process cement as its main thread, and mainly consists of 9 modules: Introduction, Portland Cement Production Technology, Raw Materials and Pre-homogenization, Raw Meal Preparation and Homogenization Technology, Clinker Calcination Technology, Cement Grinding Technology, Properties and Applications of Portland Cement, Quality Control in Cement Production, and Production Technology of Other General-Purpose Cements.
The teaching content of this course keeps pace with the times. By adopting information-based methods, a large number of mainstream equipment used in enterprises are integrated into the course through 3D animations, interactive operations and audio explanations. This design adapts to the development needs of the building materials industry, focuses on real vocational competencies, implements the national teaching standards for vocational education, and aligns with vocational standards (norms) and vocational skill level standards.
Through studying this course, students will be able to master the basic knowledge and skills related to the operation, production control, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, as well as equipment maintenance of systems and equipment in cement production—including raw material storage and pre-homogenization, raw meal preparation, clinker calcination, cement grinding, and cement dispatch. Additionally, this course will lay a knowledge foundation for subsequent courses such as Cement Clinker Calcination and Control, Cement Grinding Technology, Physical Property Testing of Cement, and Central Control of Cement Production.
