In recent years, with the rapid development of the scale, intensification and modernization of China's aquaculture industry, the pressure of livestock and poultry disease infection is increasing, and the complexity of epidemic diseases is increasing. At present, it is difficult for veterinarians to correctly grasp and diagnose based on clinical experience and pathological changes, and testing with the help of professional laboratories is one of the effective ways to diagnose epidemic diseases. Laboratory testing of animal diseases is an important basis for the prevention and control of animal diseases, and is the basic means to evaluate the effect of compulsory immunization and prevention and control of major animal diseases. Through the study of this course, students will understand the basic knowledge of animal disease testing, testing data processing, testing results application and other professional knowledge. Master the professional skills of animal disease detection and sampling technology, animal disease laboratory testing methods, animal disease purification, etc.; Cultivate students' awareness of laboratory biosafety and protection, and establish a new concept of modern pasture animal health care and disease prevention and control.
