课程的主要任务是学习工程材料及热处理的基础知识,主要内容包括:金属的力学性能、铁碳合金相图与非合金钢、钢的热处理、合金钢、铸铁、有色金属及粉末冶金材料、非金属材料及复合材料、铸造生产、锻压生产、焊接生产等。通过本课程的学习,学生应具备能合理选择常用工程材料和热处理方法;掌握热加工工艺的基础知识,具有选用毛坯及成形方法的能力;了解新材料、新工艺、新技术及其发展概况。
The main task of this course is to study the basic knowledge of engineering materials and heat treatment. The main contents include: the mechanical properties of metals, the iron-carbon alloy phase diagram and unalloyed steels, the heat treatment of steels, alloy steels, cast irons, non-ferrous metals and powder metallurgy materials, non-metallic materials and composite materials, casting production, forging and pressing production, welding production, etc. Through the study of this course, students should be able to reasonably select commonly used engineering materials and heat treatment methods; master the basic knowledge of thermal processing technology and have the ability to select blanks and forming methods; and understand new materials, new processes, new technologies and their development profiles.
