本在线课程为武汉大学人民医院妇产科教研室对多年来临床思维课程教学的总结凝练,该课程已在武汉大学第一临床学院的专业学位硕士研究生住培轮转中线下授课5年余,疫情期间转线上在武汉大学珞珈在线平台开课6个学期。开课3年来,选课学生覆盖妇产科专业学位硕士研究生、妇产科专业住院医师规范化培训学员、高年级妇产科实习生和妇产科进修医生,总选课人数达374人,在线课程点击量达到177289。教学期间根据教学实践经验不断调整课程设计、优化课程内容,教学效果及学习反馈良好。
课程内容包含症状学的诊断思路、辅助检查的分析应用、常见疾病的诊疗规范三个部分。通过本课程的知识体系搭建,让学生在住院医师规范化培训期间基本掌握妇产科常见病、多发病的规范诊疗,培养具有良好临床思维的合格住院医师。
本课程对临床思维和诊疗规范进行梳理和归纳,内容紧凑、知识点丰富,选课同学可以利用手术间隙、值班期间的碎片化时间学习,配合临床病例的诊疗管理,达到事半功倍的学习效果,形成良好的临床思维,具备合格的临床胜任力。
This online course is the summary and condensation of the teaching of clinical reasoning courses in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Teaching and Research Section of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University over the years. This course has been taught offline for more than 5 years in the residency training rotation of professional degree master students in the First Clinical College of Wuhan University, and was transferred to the online Luojia Online Platform of Wuhan University during the epidemic and has been offered for 6 semesters. Since the start of the course 3 years ago, the students who have selected the course have covered professional degree master students in obstetrics and gynecology, trainees in the standardized residency training of obstetrics and gynecology, senior interns in obstetrics and gynecology, and doctors undergoing further training in obstetrics and gynecology, with a total of 374 students selecting the course and the online course click volume reaching 177,289. During the teaching period, the curriculum design has been continuously adjusted and the curriculum content has been optimized according to the teaching practice experience, and the teaching effect and learning feedback are good.
The course content includes three parts: the diagnostic reasoning of symptomatology, the analysis and application of auxiliary examinations, and the diagnosis and treatment norms of common diseases.
Through the construction of the knowledge system of this course, students can basically master the standardized diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently-occurring diseases in obstetrics and gynecology during the clinical internship and the standardized residency training period, and cultivate qualified physicians with good clinical reasonning.
This course combs and summarizes clinical reasoning and diagnosis and treatment norms. The content is compact and rich in knowledge points.
