Vibe Coding and Agentic Engineering takes learners from a blank prompt to a deployed, production-ready application using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code. Across three courses, you will build a working mental model of modern web architecture, write context-rich prompts that generate functioning code, debug and extend full-stack applications with real APIs and databases, and apply the professional practices — code quality, testing, documentation, and team collaboration — that separate a weekend prototype from a shippable product. By the end, you will have a portfolio of deployed applications and the confidence to prototype ideas, direct AI coding agents, and contribute to technical teams without a traditional computer science background.
Syllabus
- Course 1: Foundations of AI-Assisted Web Development
- Course 2: Build Real-World Applications with AI
- Course 3: Scale and Professionalize AI-Built Projects
Courses

This course introduces beginner learners to the fundamental concepts, tools, and workflows required to build functional web applications using AI coding assistants like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code. You will develop a mental model of how modern web applications are structured — including frontend, backend, database, and API layers — and learn to translate that understanding into precise, context-rich prompts that generate clean, working code. Through hands-on exercises, you will set up a beginner-friendly development environment, navigate core developer tools (code editors, terminals, Git), and ship your first AI-built application to the internet. By the end of this course, you will have built and deployed a simple web application, mastered the basics of prompt engineering for code generation, and gained confidence collaborating with AI assistants to bring your ideas to life. This course is designed for non-technical professionals, career switchers, and early-stage entrepreneurs with little to no prior programming experience, and provides the essential foundation for success in the rest of the specialization.

This course advances your AI-assisted development skills by guiding you through the process of building real-world, user-facing web applications that integrate dynamic data, backend logic, and external services. You will learn to decompose product ideas into prioritized, AI-executable tasks, debug and iterate on AI-generated code systematically, and deploy full-stack applications that connect frontend interfaces to backend APIs and databases. Through hands-on projects, you will integrate third-party services — including authentication (Supabase, Auth0), payments (Stripe), and AI APIs (OpenAI) — and develop the ability to read API documentation, generate integration code using AI, and handle errors gracefully. This course emphasizes practical workflows commonly faced in the first 9 months of a software development role, preparing you to prototype and ship functional applications independently, collaborate effectively with technical teams, and respond to real-world user needs. By the end of this course, you will have built and deployed a portfolio-ready full-stack application, mastered debugging and iteration workflows for AI-generated code, and gained confidence integrating external APIs to extend application functionality.

This course teaches you to take AI-assisted projects from working prototypes to production-ready, team-ready work. You'll learn to recognize and fix structural debt in AI-generated code, add features to growing applications without breaking existing functionality, replace guesswork debugging with systematic testing and observability, prepare contributions that meet the standards of a shared codebase, and document and present your projects so they earn trust with recruiters, clients, and collaborators.
