If you had to create a Feedback Manifesto, what would it include? Would there be any sections on "vertical feedback?" How about on "horizontal feedback"? Are you clear on the difference between those two things? By the end of this week, you will be. You'll also begin to understand the power of giving people the following kind of feedback: "We're glad you're here."
