Take your business global by understanding how to navigate the next era of globalization.

Global markets are being rewritten by climate change, demographic aging in advanced economies, and the rapid rise of a global majority middle class.

This two course program gives you a strategic lens, along with practical tools, to rethink customer segments, value propositions, and go-to-market plans as you take products and services into new regions.

In the first course, you build a grand strategic view of where future demand will come from. You examine how climate disruption, demographic transitions, and the growth of several billion new middle class consumers are shifting purchasing power, migration flows, and lifestyle expectations. You learn to see the world not only in familiar East-West terms, but as a North-South system with emerging tensions and opportunities. You are invited to map your own organization's footprint against these shifts and ask how product portfolios, customer targeting, and supply chains may need to change for long term growth.

The second course turns to superpower competition and geopolitical risk. This is the backdrop every global marketing and product strategy now must navigate. Explore how major powers extend their influence across world regions through trade ties, investment, sanctions, security networks, and digital infrastructure, and what that means for market access, regulatory conditions, and brand positioning. We will also look at the digitalization of globalization and the struggle in cyberspace over platforms, data, and online experiences that shape how the emerging global middle class discovers and evaluates brands.

By the end of the program, you will be better equipped to connect high-level global trends to concrete marketing and product decisions. You will be able to identify promising regional customer segments, anticipate political and digital "friction" in your customer journeys, and advise on where and how to localize offerings, messaging, and go to market strategies.

This program is valuable for learners interested in international marketing, product management, and global business development.
