This course will teach you the basics of programming, using the technically challenging but powerful and efficient C++ language. I start right at the beginning anddescribethings in simple terms, avoiding unnecessary jargon.
There are lots of downloadable exercises, with solutions, so youcan check your understanding as you learn,gaining familiarity and confidence with the material. These are ideal for preparing for exams or job interviews.

The course is based around the modern versionof the language, which makes it easier to learn. I teachthe C++11 and C++14 standard, plus a couple of features from C++17. I also coveroldervariations which are still widely used.
The course is designed to give youa good practicalunderstanding of the fundamentals of the language. After successfully completing this course, you will have an excellent basis for learning themore advanced features.
The course is thorough and goes into the material in depth. The only requirements are computer literacy, English language and a high-school education.
