What you'll learn:
- Pass the AWS Certified AI Business Strategist (AIB-C01) exam: 8 sections, a full practice exam, section quizzes, and a 43-page study guide.
- Explain AI, machine learning and generative AI in business terms: training and inference, data quality, drift, bias, and why a model gets things wrong.
- Decide when AI fits a problem, and how prompting, retrieval and fine tuning adapt a model to your business, starting with the cheapest option.
- Find and prioritize AI opportunities, choose between build, buy and partner, and define KPIs and baselines before any work starts.
- Build both sides of an AI business case, and estimate and track AI spend with AWS Pricing Calculator and AWS Cost Explorer.
- Govern AI responsibly: responsible AI dimensions, risk classification, accountability, access control, and safeguards like Amazon Bedrock Guardrails.
- Lead an AI transformation with the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework: assess readiness, prepare your data and people, and scale a pilot across the business.

Do you want to pass the AWS Certified AI Business Strategist (AIB-C01) exam on your first try, and become the person in your organization who turns AI talk into business results?
This course is designed to get you there.
My name is Vladimir, and I'll be your instructor. I hold 10 cloud and AI certifications, including the AWS Certified AI Practitioner, the AWS Certified Generative AI Developer Professional, the Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, the Google Cloud Generative AI Leader, and the Project Management Professional (PMP).
I work with AI tools every day. I've seen the gap between people who talk about AI and people who can build a business case, pick the right use case, and put guardrails around it. That gap is exactly what this exam measures.
I've been teaching online for 10 years and have helped thousands of students earn their certifications. Now, I'm here to help you do the same.
By the end of the course, you will be well prepared to take the official AWS Certified AI Business Strategist exam.
You will speak the language of AI with confidence, covering models, training, inference, structured and unstructured data, and why data quality decides the outcome. You will match the right AI solution type to the business problem, and know when generative AI is the wrong tool for the job.
You will treat prompt engineering, retrieval, and fine-tuning as business decisions, because each one carries a different cost and a different commitment.
You will build the business case for AI, using KPIs, baselines, ROI frameworks, and the running costs that hide inside every AI proposal. This is the largest domain on the exam at 28%, and the course weights it accordingly.
You will govern AI responsibly, covering the dimensions of responsible AI, accountability for an AI decision, the legal ground a system stands on, risk classification, access control, guardrails, and monitoring of live systems.
You will assess organizational readiness across people, process, technology, data, and governance, using the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework. You will also lead the change, building AI skills across the workforce and scaling from a single pilot to enterprise-wide deployment.
Finally, you will know the AWS services at a strategic level, including Amazon Bedrock with Guardrails and Knowledge Bases, Amazon SageMaker AI, Amazon Quick, plus AWS Pricing Calculator, AWS Cost Explorer, and AWS Marketplace for build, buy, or partner decisions.
Here is how the course is structured. It has 7 structured sections, aligned with the latest official exam guide and its four weighted domains. It includes 57 concise video lessons, about 4 hours in total. Every video is scripted to ensure clear, concise delivery, with no filler and no thinking pauses.
Interactive presentations and 8 hands-on demos inside the AWS console let you see Amazon Bedrock in action instead of just hearing about it. Each section ends with a quiz of practice questions with detailed explanations.
You also get a full-length practice exam that mirrors the real exam format, timing, and domain weighting, with a detailed explanation for every answer. A downloadable 44-page PDF study guide holds the key takeaways from every section, perfect for last-minute revision. The course gets regular updates based on changes to AWS services and the exam content.
