- Introduction to Digital Project Management
- This course introduces the field of digital project management, relevant career paths, and what those paths entail. It also covers the basic structure on which digital projects are formed.
- Digital Project Management
- Dive deeper into the five stages of the digital project management lifecycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor & Control, and Closure. Start by understanding how two common methodologies, Waterfall and Agile, relate to and differ from each other. Then, move on to setting a project scope and identifying key stakeholders, creating a project plan, analyzing risks and engaging stakeholders during project execution, creating target goals and measuring a project's performance, evaluating the project outcome, and sharing knowledge at the end. In each stage, you will use the tools and templates a digital project manager typically uses in order to build a solid project.
