Overview

Master blockchain, from fundamentals to smart contracts. In the first part of this program, you'll learn about blockchain fundamentals and explore blockchain networks, information sharing and consensus mechanisms. You'll examine blockchain wallets and other real-world blockchain applications. At the end of the course you'll complete a project where you evaluate a blockchain use case. The second part of the program is designed for those looking to develop technical skills in writing and deploying smart contracts using Solidity, preparing you to take smart contracts from development to production. You'll learn basic Solidity syntax, design patterns, dApp interactions, and Hardhat for testing smart contracts. In the final project, you'll code a collateralized loan smart contract.

Blockchain Fundamentals

This course introduces the fundamental concepts behind Blockchain technology and explores some applications of the technology for you to expand upon. You will learn about Blockchain’s predecessors, the block structure, and how Blockchain networks share information, reach consensus and use wallets. You will be equipped with the skills to identify and implement use cases for Blockchain and communicate with stakeholders to drive forward goals with Blockchain.

Blockchain With Solidity

This introductory Solidity course covers essential topics for aspiring blockchain developers. It empowers you with the knowledge and skills needed to create smart contracts. You will learn to write your first Solidity smart contract, explore design patterns and dApp interactions, use Hardhat for testing, and take smart contracts to production. The final project involves developing a collateralized loan smart contract. By the end of the course, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the field of blockchain development.
