ABOUT THE COURSE:‘Understanding Shakespearean Drama: Tragedy and Comedy’, is a 4-week course, comprising of 20 lectures. It holds 1-credit. This course will help the participants to understand various aspects of drama with its focus on Shakespearean tragedy and comedy. It includes a detailed study of ‘Macbeth’ (a tragedy), and ‘The Merchant of Venice’ (a comedy).
