ABOUT THE COURSE:The rapid innovation in the modern economy has increased the rate of production of knowledge goods. This course will introduce the students to the basic concepts like public goods and externalities. Following that, the participants will learn about the innovation types, innovation systems, incentive tools like intellectual property, technology transfer, and the role of academic institutions in the innovation ecosystem.     I attended this course due to you uni.. norms. First of al, it is a post graduate course, there no quality check on anything whether they are videos, transcript ppts etc. It is the worst course in nptel. They also changed the type of exam to pen-paper at last moment. The course is ridiculously hard if you are not from economics side. There is no details about the exam. No practice question or question bank that could help in prepration.
    Do nnt recommend. If u have this course, take it seriously and start studying very early otherwise it will be hard to clear it
