ABOUT THE COURSE:This course offers a holistic approach to the recovery of heart attack and stroke patients, integrating Ayurveda with modern medicine. It covers physiotherapy, yogic practices, psychological counseling, dietary support, and social connectivity, emphasizing personalized Ayurvedic treatments based on individual constitution (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), digestive power, and seasonal variations. Participants will learn the importance of spiritual healing, food compatibility, and self-confidence in recovery. The course includes video lectures, written materials, research papers, and concludes with an exam, leading to certification upon successful completion.
