  • This course provided an insightful look into the applications of AI in industrial and management engineering. I appreciated the coverage of topics like optimization, decision-making, and process automation & some business intelligence. However, much of the content was theoretical, and some sections discussed older technologies, such as expert systems, which are somewhat outdated. Overall, it offered a good foundation and valuable context for understanding AI in industrial settings.
