ABOUT THE COURSE:
The present course is designed to present and discuss the following in order to make a clear understanding on(i) the rock and fluid properties in brief(ii) details of reservoir drive mechanisms and their impact on the recovery, production rate and reservoir development plan(iii) Various methods of reserve estimation and their applications in different stages of the reservoir life(iv) Performance prediction of reservoir under primary and secondary recovery, in addition to discussion on various water influx models.(v) Principle and application of reservoir pressure maintenance(vi) Application of immiscible displacement theories to water flood, immiscible gas injection and polymer flooding
