    • Welcome to supply chain analytics (SCA) – an emerging and exciting area in high demand! In this week, I will give you an introduction to supply chain analytics, share my journey, and preview the talent crisis and the course.
  • Supply Chain Analytics Impact
    • By real-life examples, you will learn how supply chain management (SCM), aided by data analytics, may create a long-term competitive advantage. You will learn how to quantify the financial impact of supply chains. You will see why analytics is critical to SCM, and how to measure supply chain efficiency. Finally, you will identify the main domains of a supply chain.
  • Supply Chain Pain Points and How Analytics May Relieve Them
    • Through real-life examples, you will learn how analytics can be applied to various domains of a supply chain to relieve the pain points and generate economic value.
  • Supply Chain Jobs and Mini-Project
    • In this final week, you will learn supply chain job opportunities, requirements and preparation. You will learn how to make strategic decisions on jobs by region, industry and company through the dream job analysis. You will practice the knowledge and skills learned in this course by a mini-project.
