The key to effective first aid is assessing the situation, which is exactly where you'll start your training. From there, the course covers medical emergencies, like heart attacks and strokes, basic life support including CPR, choking responses, and Defibrillator use. First aid application for external injuries, like breaks, bleeding and burns, and poison treatments will also be addressed.
