This course introduces the Event Hierarchy functionality in SAP Fieldglass, providing implementation partners and administrators with the knowledge needed to design, configure, and manage hierarchical services procurement structures within the Statement of Work module. Learners will explore how Event Hierarchy mirrors the multi-level purchase order structures organizations already manage in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba, and how it serves as the connective mechanism across the SAP 4R2 integration landscape. Spanning four units, the course covers the core concepts and benefits of Event Hierarchy, the three supported purchase order line types, the distinction between UI and Integration and Integration-Only workflows, essential administrative setup, and how purchase order lines are surfaced as events within a Statement of Work.
