This course was very informative. I learned about how to take effective notes, conduct focused research online and apply critical thinking theories to my fact gathering. When I began the course, I honestly thought I already knew all that I needed to in order to be a good online learner. However, now I have more skills and look forward to applying them to my next online course. I will probably choose another from University of Leeds because of the quality of the course content and ease of navigation.

This course has truly enhanced my understanding of how to approach online research with a more critical mindset. I’ve learned the importance of verifying sources, identifying bias, and being selective about what information to trust and use.

Among the tools and skills explored, I found fact-checking strategies and evaluating website credibility particularly useful. I’ll definitely apply these in future assignments and online learning tasks.

I look forward to reading others' reflections and continuing to grow through shared insights.

I would say that this class was actually really a good class. It helped me learn a lot of information about things I didn’t know. Good examples, and little practices that help me understand. Better of what the lessons were talking about. And, I would say add video examples too just for it to be explained differently in a video as a verbal experience of what lessons it’s teaching you.

Good and concise introduction to effectively learning online. The only feedback I have is to consider adding videos for those who learn visually.
