  • Explain how firms’ human resource management influence organisation performance.
  • Describe how human resource initiatives cope with workplace changes and trends such as diverse workforce, global economy, downsizing and new legislation.
  • Explain the structure of a company including the capital and shareholders regulation.
  • Demonstrate knowledge on theories, concepts and principles related to the structure and regulation of commercial and non-commercial organisations.
