The course will be focusing on providing learners to raise awareness about the importance of ethics within the organization.

Provide knowledge to employees about ethical communication and practices to learners.

Syllabus

  • Discuss the importance of effective business communication and the process are involved.
  • Write effective, clear and concise business correspondence, memos and cover letters including proof reading and editing business correspondence.
  • Prepare informal and formal reports.
  • Define the nature of ethics and explain modern business ethics.
  • Enhance the ability to make responsible and ethical decisions within organizational settings.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in applying communication strategies that promote transparency.
  • Acquire skills to navigate complex business situations ethically.
