Course Objectives

The Industrial Application: OEE program offers the following :

  • Implement what was learned from a previous related module, in order to integrate the software together with the hardware via communication protocols.
  • Perform real-time signal tapping from sensors and actuators from the hardware of the machine kit
  • Visualize data from OEE elementsby customization of dashboard using various widgets

Finally, a complete and working system will demonstrate that the integration works consistently.

Syllabus

  • Integrate hardware and software effectively through remote access techniques.
  • Employ testing and troubleshooting skills to ensure the successful deployment of the integrated system.
  • Visualize data-generated results in an OEE dashboard to demonstrate working flows and system performance after integration.
