- How to redeem Exam Voucher?
To redeem your CompTIA exam voucher, schedule your exam through Pearson VUE’s website. During the payment process, enter your voucher code to cover the exam fee. Ensure the voucher is valid for the specific exam and region. - How to redeem Access Keys?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with the access key and instructions. Follow the provided steps to activate your product. - How long before my Voucher or Access Key Expires?
CompTIA exam vouchers typically expire 12 months from the date of purchase. - Where is my order?
After purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. A following email will be sent within 1-2 business days that will contain your product access instructions. If you haven’t received either of these emails, check your spam or junk folder. If you’ve not received an email within 2 business days, please get in touch with the ITM Team. - I’ve lost my Voucher/Access Key?
If you have misplaced your voucher/access key email, please get in touch with IT Masters viainfo@itmasters.edu.auand we will re-issue your email. - Why should I get my CompTIA Security+ Certification?

All CompTIA exam voucher purchases are final. Exam voucher purchases may not be returned, refunded or exchanged
All exam vouchers, including any retakes, expire 12 months from the date of purchase. You must register and take your exam (and retake, if applicable) prior to the voucher expiration date. Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended. - Returns Policy (CompTIA Live Online Training)
Non-voucher digital products may be returned, at the discretion of CompTIA, if the following criteria are met
- The return request is submitted within 15 days from the purchase date.
- The digital access key has not been redeemed/activated.
IT Masters will help facilitate the return request directly with CompTIA but can not guarantee that the request will be granted.
