  • Analyse dental practice AI tools for scheduling, billing, and clinical documentation using the SAFE-D vendor evaluation framework, ensuring compliance with data sovereignty and insurance regulations.
  • Implement the four-element AI consent and documentation standard in dental practice, and apply evidence-based communication strategies when patients present with consumer AI-generated diagnoses.
  • Evaluate AI applications across orthodontics, oral surgery, periodontics, and paediatric dentistry, identifying specialty-specific failure modes and accountability requirements in AI-assisted referral pathways.
  • Integrate the VALID, TRACE-D, SAFE-D, and four-element consent frameworks in a simulated multi-encounter dental practice scenario to demonstrate safe, defensible AI-assisted clinical decision-making.
