Open Networked Learning

Having taken part in the ONL241 course as a participant, I have had a great experience, learnt a lot about myself as a learner and an educator. It also made me think about how we all belong to shared humanity, regardless of the constraints that classify us into different categories. Our different backgrounds, interests, principles were put together, mixed and remixed. We engaged in meaningful work, challenged each other and joined forces in PBL groups working on real life issues related to teaching and learning at tertiary level. I was more than happy to return as a facilitator and team member and share the experience further. The course is fit for anyone looking for professional development as an educator but also as a researcher since it also develops your team skills, problem-based learning, critical thinking skills.
