"MIT’s Cryptocurrency Engineering and Design is an exceptional deep dive into the mechanics of blockchain technology. Unlike introductory courses, this focuses heavily on the 'how'—covering everything from Bitcoin’s UTXO model to advanced scaling solutions like the Lightning Network. The technical rigor is high, making it perfect for developers looking to understand the underlying cryptography and distributed systems rather than just market trends. I particularly valued the focus on security trade-offs and real-world design challenges. It is a challenging but rewarding curriculum for anyone serious about building decentralized applications or understanding the future of digital currency."
