  • This module introduces the different Windows 365 editions that are available and examines foundational Windows 365 concepts including architecture, lifecycle, and customer data handling.

    After completing this module, you should be able to:

    • Describe the different Windows 365 editions that are available and how to obtain them.
    • Explain the licensing requirements for the different Windows 365 editions.
    • Explain the differences between the Windows 365 service and Azure Virtual Desktop.
    • Explain the Cloud PC lifecycle, from procurement through deprovisioning.
    • Explain Cloud PC connectivity and provisioning architecture.
    • Explain Windows 365 privacy and customer data handling policies.
  • This module covers the deployment, provisioning, and imaging options available for each edition of Windows 365. It also covers the Windows 365 Boot feature that enables users to sign-in directly to their Cloud PC.

    In this module you learn how to deploy and provision Windows 365 Business, Enterprise, Frontline, and Government Cloud PCs. You also learn how to configure the Windows 365 Boot feature that lets users sign-in directly to their Windows 365 Cloud PC on a physical device without signing in to their physical device.

  • Management options for Windows 365 range from web portal to Microsoft Intune. The topics covered in this module include: Cloud PC management options. Windows 365 security. Role-based access control. Windows 365 reports.

    In this module, you'll learn:

    • how to manage user licenses, apps, and devices in the Windows 365 portal and Microsoft Intune.
    • the various management actions that can be performed, such as resetting, restarting, and renaming Cloud PCs.
    • how to secure Cloud PC access, devices, and data.
    • the various Cloud PC identity and authentication types.
    • how to set up Role-based access control to manage access to your organization's resources.
    • how to use Windows 365 Switch.
    • how to access and analyze reports on Cloud PC utilization, performance, connection quality, etc.
  • After provisioning your Windows 365 Cloud PCs, you can either install apps manually or by using Microsoft Intune. This module covers application installation, nested virtualization, and Microsoft Teams installation and optimization.

    In this module you will learn:

    • Windows 365 installation options.
    • How to install and optimize Microsoft Teams.
    • How to configure nested virtualization.
