This course has given me new insights on the fundamentals of leadership, in my case, it has reinforced and introduced me to new ways and dynamics of handling conflicts, improving leadership approaches, conflict management, and adaptation to possible resistance. these has equipped me an additional knowledge and understanding of accomplishing my goal and ultimately the unit or organization that i belong to. the methods of teaching is also very commendable, it is very easy to understand. online teaching method is very convenient to working people such as myself, the flexibility of attending to the class is very important. the comprehensive and simple approach of the instructor makes learning faster also. there should be many courses like these to be offered and on different levels of leadership.

I am a athlete from 2005 doing marathon, I specialise with long distance 10km to 90km's. I'm doing marathon throw for my heart so now I have NPO Non profit Organisation for the youth and open category to improve my community throw sports teams, to avoid alcohol and drugs abuse to the community, I want to change my community behaviour and orphan children, HIV/Aids people so they can build body immune system, my team must have a different activities for everyone so they can feel comfortable with their choice of sports.this activities they can help them to find their way to rich their dreams comes true. Some of them they want to lose weight. Some of them they like soccer, netball, boxing, running,rugby, tennis and cricket etc so I want to make sure that everyone must be a part of the sports teams of my community.thanks
