In this lab, you will configure logging and monitoring in an AWS account.
Objectives
- Analyze CloudTrail events in CloudWatch.
- Create a CloudTrail trail with CloudWatch logging enabled.
- Create an Amazon SNS topic and an email subscription to it.
- Create CloudWatch metric filters and CloudWatch alarms.
- Query CloudTrail logs by using Amazon CloudWatch Logs Insights.
Prerequisites
- Basic understanding of AWS Management Console navigation
- Familiarity with AWS logging and monitoring concepts
- Access to a valid email address for SNS notifications
- Experience with basic AWS services (IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail)
