You will explore entry-level, mid-level, and advanced cybersecurity roles, including their responsibilities, required skills, and salary expectations. The module also discusses different training and networking options that can help individuals begin their cybersecurity careers. Through expert insights and practical activities, you will gain a clearer understanding of potential career paths in cybersecurity.
  • Cybersecurity Skills
    • This module focuses on the essential skills required to succeed in a cybersecurity career. You will learn about foundational IT skills such as networking, operating systems, programming, databases, and cloud technologies that help professionals identify and respond to security threats. The module also explores key cybersecurity technical skills and highlights the importance of soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking. By the end of the module, you will understand how these skills align with different cybersecurity roles.
