If you need to learn about IP Routing from the ground up, and you need to implement this feature on Juniper routers...this course is for you. This course begins by explaining why routing is necessary for networks and what happens to IPv4 packets as they are routed. Then you'll learn about Static Routes, their various options, and how to implement them on Juniper routers. To scale your network to the next level, you'll learn about Dynamic Routing and the problems it overcomes. You'll then learn about the functionality and much of the theory of OSPF and BGP and how to configure a basic implementation of these routing protocols. With your knowledge of routing firmly in place, you'll learn how to manipulate your routing protocols by implementing Routing Policies. You'll learn how to configure Policy-Options Policy-Statements to implement route matching and filtering and lastly, how to tie all of this together with route redistribution. Throughout it all, you'll have multiple opportunities to practice what you learn with INE's embedded Lab Tasks.
