Welcome to PlanetaryHealth.now. In this course, you will learn how biodiversity loss, climate change, unsustainable practices, and other anthropogenic (i.e., caused by humans) environmental changes impact human health. You will be able to reflect on the Planetary Health concept from a personal and professional perspective and identify potential areas of inter- and transdisciplinary application. The course offers a multidisciplinary perspective on Planetary Health, exploring current and future challenges as well as means of meeting these challenges through sustainable practices, mitigation, and adaptation, both within and beyond the healthcare sector.
