This IBM Learning Labs course provides 48 hours of lab time for hands-on exploration of watsonx.ai: Introduction to Generative AI Tools Lab. The watsonx.ai hands-on lab introduces some of the core components and capabilities of watsonx.ai and the Prompt Lab for generative AI.

Syllabus

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Know the strengths and weaknesses of different models
  • Understand the meaning of different configuration parameters and how they influence a model in generating output
  • Perform zero-shot and one-shot prompting (and by extension few-shot prompting)
  • Test code generation and translation
  • Save prompts and prompt sessions
