This course includes information on storage considerations for different Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) environments. It also explores different data migration strategies, and backup and recovery strategies for different SAP workloads.

Identify basic storage configuration and performance considerations for SAP HANA on IBM Cloud
Identify storage availability for each infrastructure type: bare metal, VMware, virtual private cloud, and Power virtual servers
Differentiate between storage availability and configurations for each infrastructure type: bare metal, VMware, virtual private cloud, and Power virtual servers
Differentiate between homogeneous and heterogeneous migration methods
Recall methods and processes for sizing IBM Cloud on SAP portfolio migrations
Recall the basic process for migration on each of the following infrastructure types: Classic Bare Metal to Bare Metal, VMware, Classic infrastructure to VPC, and Power VS
Identify key features and functionality of using snapshots on virtual private clouds (VPCs)
Identify key features and functionality for backing up virtual machines using IBM Power Systems Virtual Server user interface
Identify key tools for backing up SAP HANA
Identify requirements for using Veeam with SAP HANA
Recall how to use IBM Spectrum Protect with the IBM Cloud for SAP portfolio
