This course explores the challenges involved in migrating from an on-premises environment to Power Virtual Server on IBM Cloud®. It identifies the migration tools and storage options available to assist in the migration, as well as reviews backup and replication functions inherit in Power Virtual Server environments. Migration methods and tools specific to each Power Virtual Server operating system (AIX® and IBM i) are also explored.
