Maximo Manage: Introduction to Planning and Scheduling

This course provides a comprehensive overview of planning and scheduling concepts in IBM Maximo Manage. Participants will learn the fundamental principles and activities involved in scheduling,such as, modifying work orders, managing crew and labor availability, and assigning tasks to crews and laborers. It also covers the various scheduling applications available within Maximo, including the Optimizer tool, the Scheduling Dashboard and Dispatching Dashboard, and how to leverage these tools for streamlined scheduling and effective resource management.

Describe Maximo Scheduler and its usage and benefits.
Discuss the usage of Maximo Scheduler applications such as Graphical Assignment, Graphical Work Week, and Graphical Crew Management.
Explain data setup, scheduling data validation and its correction using Graphical Data Manager.
Describe the process of assigning work order to the labor or crew.
Identify the steps to modify availability of labor or crew.
Explain optimization in Maximo.
Describe how to use Scheduling Dashboard and Dispatching Dashboard.
