This course provides instruction in how to create the logic for dashboard widgets using IBM Process Mining. You are introduced to the different types of widgets available and instructed in how to configure them on a dashboard. You learn how to create measures, dimensions, and filters for the widgets and how to place them in a dashboard. The course demonstrates what happens “behind the scenes” of various widgets and how to write low-code queries. These concepts are then applied to the Jira Ticketing use case. This course also covers more advanced analytics topics and finishes with instruction in how to build the Jira Ticketing dashboard from scratch.
