This course is targeted towards people who are interested in learning about GDPS and how we manage an offering of Continuous availability and Disaster Recovery. This course give background knowledge on what solutions are available and the different scenarios where GDPS would be implemented on a system.

Syllabus

The learner will gain a high-level understanding of the various GDPS offerings and the history of GDPS. They are able to easily articulate GDPS concepts. The learner will be familiar with GDPS specific continuous availability and disaster recovery offerings and systems management, and has good insight as to why these methods are important.
