The course aims to provide the skills on analytical methods (instrumental and not) particularly for use in analytical chemistry. Also taken into consideration are the main problems that affect the outcome of a laboratory examination of forensic and biological samples. The potentialities and weaknesses of the various methods are illustrated by numerous examples of the determination of complex biological matrices. Thus the student must demonstrated knowledge of principal analytical techniques used in the analytical chemistry field on different matrices.
