This course covers free form NOTAM origination using the NOTAM Management Service (NMS) application. The topics include NMS familiarization, originating various kinds of NOTAMs (Temporary Flight Restrictions, Flight Data Center, domestic free form, International Civil Aviation Organization, and Central Altitude Reservation Function), and managing NOTAMs after submission (common to all free form origination methods).
Note for Airport Operators: this does not include topics for airport operators, who will receive separate NOTAM origination training which also covers Digital Event Scenarios.
