In response to comments about the MentorLIVE “Turning Fledglings into Fliers” course, Paul Preidecker and Susan Parson are back with an in-depth discussion of the collaborative critique approach to post-flight debriefing. Learn more about the transition from the “Sage on the Stage” teaching model to the “Guide on the Side” method. They will discuss the five steps of effective collaborative critique: Replay, Reconstruct, Reflect, Redirect, and Review.This course content will take approximately 60 minutes to complete. Additional time should be allowed for review and taking the exam to earn your WINGS credit.
