This course, “Low and Fast: Is it Safe and Is it Legal?”, discusses the hazards, risksand consequences of intentional low altitude flight for thrill purposes.The course also describes the FAA regulations found in 14 CFR Part 91 concerningTFRs, altitude, flight, aerobatic flight and airspeed limitations and legal ramifications ofintentional low altitude flight for thrill purposes.This course content will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. Additional time should be allowed for review and taking the exam to earn your WINGS credit.
