This Human Factors course consists of ten modules based on the excellent Human Factors course developed by the Australian Civil Aviation Authority (CASA). Module 1 is an Introduction to Human Factors. Module 2 discusses Safety Culture and offers practical guidance to define, create, and maintain Positive Safety Cultures.Successful completion of these modules earns 1 Basic Knowledge Topic 1 credit in the FAA WINGS Pilot Proficiency Program
